A tour to discover typical food & wine, immersed in the warm landscape of the Hills a few steps from Abano and Montegrotto.
I will take you to discover the secrets of the olive oil produced around Arquà, the city where the poet Francesco Petrarca lived. An oil mill and oil mill will welcome you for a lesson on how to recognize the quality of oil and how to combine the dish with the various Italian oils.
We offer you a tasting with wood-fired bread and focaccia with salami to better appreciate this important product. A glass of ‘Serprino’, a local wine similar to Prosecco, will not be missing on the table.
A series of paths and roads between olive trees and vineyards lead us back to Abano. The views from the Euganean Hills are unique and the warm colors are enhanced at sunset.
At the end of the day you can access the thermal pools of Abano or Montegrotto Terme.
